Return & Exchange Policy

SOMETHING’S WRONG WITH THE ITEM YOU RECEIVED?

 

Sometimes the item you received isn’t up to what you had in mind and that’s okay. We have return & exchange policy you can follow to help ease the procedure. Kindly read what you can and can’t do.

 

Size. You found out the size you order doesn’t fit you? You may return and exchange it with other sizes provided it’s the same type of item. All you have to do is make sure the product tag is still on, inform us of this issue and send it back to us within 3 days after you received the item. Note that, exchange only available for items that have sizes, you won’t be able to exchange “free size” items and all shipping cost will be charged on customer.

 

Defect. A supposedly new item has defect and you received it? Inform us immediately, provide necessary evidence and sent it back to us so we can check it again and exchange it with the proper item with no cost at all. Note that before you sent it back, make sure the tag is still on and you haven’t wash it.

 

Wrong item. Received different item than what you initially bought? Inform us and sent it back to us for no cost at all. We’ll sent you the proper item that you bought. Note that before you sent it back, make sure the tag is still on and you haven’t wash or wear it.

 

Sale items. Unfortunately no refund or exchange will be available for item you buy from Sale.

 

All items you bought on website can’t be exchange in any of our offline stores.
